Isalys's Choice:
Easy Pleasing Meatloaf

What You Need:
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 cup water
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided

Make It!

PLACE meat, stuffing mix, water, eggs and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce in bowl and mix until blended.

SHAPE into loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish.

DRAIN pasta; place in large bowl. Add chicken and all remaining ingredients; mix lightly.

ISALYS'S NOTE: This is one of my very favorite recipes to make. It's really easy, comes out delicious and always leave enough for lunch the next day. Also, I love veggies so I like to add chopped celery, green peppers, and olives. Goes great with mashed 'taters' =)

Vanessa's Choice:
Caramel Pecan Brownies

What You Need:
4 squares BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter or margarine
2 cups sugar

4 eggs

1 cup flour

1 pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Caramels (about 50)

1/3 cup whipping cream

2 cups PLANTERS Pecan Halves, divided

Make It!
HEAT oven to 350°F. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Grease foil. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add sugar and eggs; mix well. Stir in flour until well blended. Spread 1/2 the batter into prepared pan.

BAKE 25 min. or until top is firm to the touch. Meanwhile, microwave caramels and cream in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until caramels begin to melt; stir until caramels are completely melted. Stir in 1 cup nuts.

SPREAD caramel mixture over brownie layer in pan; cover with remaining brownie batter. (Some caramel mixture may peek through.) Sprinkle with remaining nuts. Bake 30 min. or until top is firm to the touch. Cool in pan on wire rack. Lift brownies from pan with foil handles before cutting into squares.

Bon Appetit!!

  6. I always like to find a new way to make meatloaf. I shall copy this one down and try! I got to skip on the desert only because I can't have sugar. We do often try to use Splenda in place of the sugar and often it ends up good!
