Incarceron Movie!

**How exciting!! What do you all think? Has anyone else read the book? I just finished it! **

Hugh Jackman's film company, "Seed" clinched the rights to a film tipped to be the next Harry Potter.

The Daily Telegraph reports Jackman's company has clinched rights to INCARCERON, a young adult book by British author Catherine Fisher that has sat atop the New York Times Bestsellers list for the last three weeks since its debut.

Incarceron, billed as dystopian fantasy, was released on January 26 to acclaim from reviewers. The Times Of London extolled: 'One novel stands out above all others – Catherine Fisher's Incarceron. One of the best fantasy novels written for a long time.'

Variety reports Seed executive Allan Mandelbaum brought the project to Fox and Fox 2000's Rodney Ferrell flew to London to close the deal with Fisher's reps. John Palermo will produce the movie through Seed Productions, his Fox-based company with Jackman.

Fisher, who was born in Newport, Wales, has penned several mythic fantasy novels. Incarceron tells the story of a young boy who lives in a prison that is its own society.
