Note: Bev over at The Season is hosting a Liz Carlyle Blogathon this week starting today ~ and since this is the first day, she's doing something really special!
Bev is featuring my review {below} as today's post on The Season as well as the October issue of The Season E-zine. Since Liz Carlyle's favorite charity is
Cat Angels, Avon Books has generously offered to contribute $1.00 for every comment up to $3000, which equates to 3000 comments. Bev's goal for
The Season Blog is to get at least
400 comments on her post. If we hit that goal, she will contribute
$50 of her own money to this wonderful charity.
And in addition to helping out, your comment will also enter you to win 1 of 2 copies of ONE TOUCH OF SCANDAL.
Review Teaser: Grace Gauthier has been accused of murdering her employer in cold blood who, incidentally, she was engaged to. Forced to leave her home and the family she has grown to love, she sets out to clear her name. To do so, she seeks the help of longtime friend Lord Rance Welham, but when she visits the address she’s been given for him, she learns that he’s out of town and is not expected for several weeks. Instead, she inadvertently acquires the help of the very dark and mysterious Lord Adrian Ruthveyn who stirs some very unexpected feelings in her - including fear and lust.
With a mysterious murder to solve, a variety of mystical elements in play, and a surprising twist involving an unexpected villain, this isn't your run of the mill romance and is a great addition to any bookshelf.
